I only look at "new posts" anyway, so I doesn't really matter for me in which category they were posted.
I like the idea though.
But I think it might be even more work for the com reps than it already is, because so many people would post in the wrong forums.

Also, may I request a PM function, if we are already talking about improving the forums?
