    Can I report this to a GM?

    There is 2 people on the tournament board with almost exactly the same names.
    One has over 7000 points with 45 wins
    the other has 2000 points with 0 wins (45 played)

    Can I report this so a GM can take a closer look and see if any cheating has been done?

    Nothing has been done. Nothing will be done. People cheat at the tournament and has gone on for years. Just forget about it.

    Since the tournament allows people to pick their opponents, the main prize is exclusive to those people who game the system by playing against their own alts for guaranteed wins. For whatever reason, it has always been that way.
