Possible timer for open world AFK'ers?

Idyllshire doesn't lagg because of the afk people it laggs because your pc or ps has to load all the people who are running around there.

and loads all the afk people who are doing nothing but standing there for days.. like there are people who have the name "Probably Afk" and just sit there forever.
