Would we want to be able to challenge ANY NPC? And if so, do we want the "Super rare" cards to be randomly dispersed among the NPCs so you have to travel and challenge?

While a card game would be awesome, and I recall Yoshi asking for idea's fora card game, Triple Triad wouldn't work for this game. It is great fun playing against a computer, but when every person you play against has 4 cards that read A 9 9 7, it soon becomes a game of Tic-Tac-Toe cat scratch. I'd love to see a card game with a lot of variation though. . . . . . MTG FFXIV Edition Go!

When it comes to character cards.... NPCs only?

Perhaps a special quest to make one of yourself and it has to be upgraded? Limit one 'A' at max card level?

Hopefully someone cool will ask about a Triple Triad/Tetra Master-like game for FFXIV in the next "Ask the Devs".
