Hey all I only recently started getting into "master books" The ARR ones don't seem to have anything I'd like to craft but I heard there are some in dungeons. Is there a list somewhere of all the newer recipe books out there?

There's 4 master books per class. I & II are from ARR. III & IV are obtained with Blue Scrips in Heavensward.
Along with that are the Desynthesis ones, also from the ARR vendor for crafting, and the Glamour Prism ones, which you buy for Gil from the person that teaches you how to use glamours.
None of them drop from dungeons so I'm not sure where you heard that from.

ok now blue scrips what are those?
They're a currency you get from turning in crafting collectables. You unlock the ability to obtain them by talking to Morgayne near the leve people in Ishgard. You buy the books themselves at Idyllshire.

Collectible Synthesis unlocks via a short "talk to me" style quest in Mor Dhona. At that point, you can start crafting and handing in Collectible versions of other items that you would normally craft, similar to Leves, except you can hand in an unlimited number (depending upon time and inventory space), and you cannot HQ a Collectible.
From 56 through 59, Collectibles that you hand in not only give you Gil and Exp, but also Blue Crafting Scrip. At 60, you can also start earning Red Crafting Scrip. Scrip can be used to buy various things, or exchanged for Tokens, which can be used in other purchases.
