    Can not buy Heavensward

    I am trying to log in to buy and download Heavensward but it does not recognize my email ?
    Can log into my account through user name from game launcher but how can I buy Heavensward ? Why do they make it so hard to buy something ?

    There was a problem where if you got the trial on steam then upgraded on SE store you had to do something weird, i don't exactly remember what.

    Other than that, try going through Square Enix store.
