Palace of the Dead 90k @ Floor 157

I have submitted ticket #6651181 & #6651327 to a GM prior to this one.

1) My party was on Floor 157 of PotD last night (Dec. 19, 2016 9:10 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (PST)) when there were technical difficulties. We all received a 90002, and our party wiped after hours of progress. We are unable to restart at Floor 151 and must go back to spend hours getting back to where we were. It was absolutely heartbreaking to say the least.

2) We all sent in a ticket "Report a Bug" last night to explain, hoping that something would be done.

3) We did not receive a reply so I called technical support this morning. Technical support told me to put in a harrassment ticket.

4) I received a form reply from GM services saying this falls outside of their scope.

5) I called support again and tried account services because I'm understandably mad at this point. Account services told me to (once again) put in a harassment ticket because it sets this issue at a different queue.

6) I contacted a GM (yet again), and they asked me to post under "In-Game Bug" reports here to escalate the issue and try to resolve it.

We lost our accursed horde (gold trimmed sacks), our progress, and we have to restart at 51. My hope is that we can have our progress set back at 151 at the very least.

I would also appreciate having this issue fixed or worked on for the future. We're all very upset about this given the recent technical difficulties we've experienced in game over the past two weeks. This was the first time we've had it happen in PotD, but there have been several server issues lately. We're apprehensive about returning into PotD until we know what will happen in the future should we lose connection on a later floor.
