Family-Simulation. Start your family, increase your relationship-level!

This is a game-changing-suggestion. Feel free to give me your advice, what I could change!

Attention:

• Both man and woman as well as woman and woman (or man and man) is possible for sure.
• The female char only can get pregnant with two charakters (M+W) of the same race.
• You can adopt [insert your favourite race here] children, even if you have another race.

Family Simulation in FFXIV

1. Start your family!
2. 1. Increase your relationship level, by doing stuff (like daily/weekly quests) together.
   2. (Optional) By having the right level (like lv 30) in your relationship, you can get your Eternal Bonding. It will give you instant a few levels on your relatonship. (Instead of getting married like as often you want ...)
3. 1. With (for example) lv 40 in your relationship, you can adopt children from the orphanage (if you don't want to get pregnant, or men+men/woman+woman), OR/AND the female char can get pregnant, if BOTH want it. (but not for sure! Like a gathering quest, 70%(?) chance that it works. Without the bed scene, just over night, when you log off!)
   2. Requirement:
      • Own House, Room at your fc housing or room at your grand company;
      • Both chars need to be in the same room
      • Both chars need to lie in bed (a bed for 2 of course), when logging off.

Lets look into detail:

Female char is pregnant

• In the first eozea weeks, you can do everything what you did normally
• After a few eozea weeks, you can't perform in raids (dungeons still possible)
• Half time: Now you can't even perform dungeons anymore. Doing other daily quests like the starlight event right now. It will give you exp like the dungeons (for leveling purposes). Doing the daily quests with your partner increases your relationship level with an extra bonus
  Note: You could perform dungeons, but the chance that the miscarriage is increasing.
• The daily quests should be have a lengh like a normal dungeon... (or a few little ones)
• 1-2 eozea weeks left, you can't perform a few daily/weekly quests anymore; More help needed. Better do nothing (lol). Dungeons totally not possible anymore.
• Last day(s): You may need to log on in these days. Be in your home, or right next to it. (See male char for more)
• If you done it correctly (no dungeons etc. for miscarriage), you give birth to a new [insert you race here] !! Congratulations!!! (Your max relationship level is increased from lv 50 to lv 60.)

Male char in this time:

• In the first eozea weeks, you can do everything what you did normally
• After a few eozea weeks, you may need to watch out for your pregnant woman...
• Half time: You may need to help your pregnant woman for a few daily/weekly quests, cause she can't do everything by herself after this point. You can perform raids, but it will decrease your relationship level
• 1-2 eozea weeks left, Your woman need help!! Raids+Dungeons not possible anymore.
• Last day(s): You may need to log on in these days. Be in your home, or right next to it WITH your pregnant woman. If you are outside the home, and it beginns, you need a chocobo for two. Transport your woman into your house as fast as possible! The chance for miscarriage will increase fast if you are slow!!
• Be there when it's happening! Hold her hand and support her!!
• If you done it correctly (no dungeons etc. for miscarriage), you give birth to a new [insert you race here] !! Congratulations!!! (Your max relationship level is increased from lv 50 to lv 60.)

Care: It's possible that you lose your child, if you cant handle it! Other can get these children in the orphanage. Weekly Quests with your new born baby is a must!!

... and for the adoption... I really know... don't know

Maybe:
Children adoption

• Both chars need to solve some puzzels and pass some tests to see if they're suitable.
• Different child-races need different tests to pass
• Bonus for the same race! For example: if you are 2x Roegadyn, you got a (huge) bonus for a Roegadyn child!
• Negative Bonus as well! For example: if you are 2x Roegady, you can't really handle a small cat!
• Raids+Daily Dungeons were not possible in the first eozea weeks/days
• ... (insert more here lol)
• If you pass all tests: Your max relationship level is increased from lv 50 to lv 60.
• Congratulations!! You now got a children!

Care: It's possible that you lose your child, if you cant handle it! You'll find it agai in the orphanage. Weekly Quests with your new children is a must!!

I'll be honest very nice looking post but umm that's alot of limiting stipulations and it dosnt sound verry fun to be locked down for that long granted the whole quest chain would be started and done with in like 2 to 3 weeks tops sooo idk lol

That's what I've thought too. But otherwise it's too easy? And the time... Eozea Time is way faster, but ~260 Days were still alot? How days is it in RL?

OP said "eorzea weeks". an eorzea day takes a little more than a real hour, so an eorzea week is like 8 hours, the whole pregnancy 16 hours?

but he also said something about dayliequests... i think the whole time while you are pregnant has to be reworked xD

maybe 72 real hours should be the max pregnant time. more would be just too much.

however, i think this whole project will not make it, because it's just too much work to rework ALL armor models to work with a pregnant belly...
