Looking for a static

Hi. I've been playing for five months now. I've reached the point where most of what there is to do is the 8 man content and higher floors of potd. I have a FC of neat people but the problem is that they are very casual. So, sometimes we do stuff together and sometimes we do nothing. I can never predict when I'm gonna have someone to go through content with, and I totally hate pugs when it comes to the 8 man raids. One of my pet peeves is when people start insulting others at the first sign of a failure (either me or someone else).

So here is what I'm looking for in a static.
>A group who wants to form social bonds as much as get through content.
> Though social minded, people who want to get stuff done (I'm kind of casual maybe moderate when it comes to my play. I don't mind it taking alot of calander days or we fail alot. I just want to know we are always moving in a forward direction)
> People who can keep to a schedule. If everyone agrees on meeting on this night then please show up (unless their is a real emergency).

Here is what you can expect from me.
>I'm cool with trying savage content. You do need to know that I'm just an average kind of player. It will take me time to get used to that level of play.
> I'm patient and willing to listen and learn.
> I show up on time and am ready to be focused (though i do like talking before and after!)
> I do have a wife and small child. I usually get on from around 7:30-11:00 PM (EST)

So please feel free to msg me in game or respond to this post if your interested in forming a group or putting me in one. I'm only I LV 230ish but it's raising all the time. I'm on A9 (normal) and I still have not unlocked alot of the hw primals yet. Pally is my only high level/i level class atm.
