EU player here: Can you tell us things please

I know many EU players have already taked plenty about feeling like third rate customers. So I'm just slightly here to do the same. There is at least two things going on at the moment that only affect EU-Players:
The new EU servers and the doctor pepper promotion. The first of which at least got mentioned so far, but I get that we get as little information about those as others get on what servers will be free of charge to transfer to. I still think that releasing that info when stormblood comes is very suboptimal but that's besides the point right now.
The doctor pepper promotion going on is in fact annoying me quite a lot. For the last promotion there was a Lodestone post at least saying what companies SE has partnered up with and what countries will get a promotion on their own. But this time, we're not even getting that. I'm not sure if I should look for a place that imports those cans from Austria or if we will get another promotion, and if it hadn't been for reddit I wouldn't know about it at all, because the only thing I've seen on the forum lately is "my ping got higher so I'll whine about it until SE builds a direct connection from my house to the servers" and "How DARE they lock up my PRECIOUS BALMUNG".
What do we have to do to get some information on at least the promotions? Look at anything related to games in the slightest and tell everyone else in the community? Hope to see that one instagram post that was made about it? Divination?

There was an announcement about the Dr. Pepper-thing, but since it's for Germany/Austria/(maybe, not sure about) Switzerland it's in German. Feel free to read, not sure about your German-skills though.^^
