    Observe CP Cost

Hey guys! So... remember Observe? That low level skill that costs 12 CP to do literally nothing for a turn?

It seems a bit redundant to me, since there's no real use for it except during a "Poor" Condition, and even then, it's usually still better to continue your rotation through a Poor Condition.

Herean idea for how to revamp Observe to make it marginally more helpful:

    Observe
    0 CP Cost
    Do nothing for one step.
-This would make Observe cost nothing to do exactly what it does now, which is "do nothing for one step". Would make more sense and actually make the skill a bit more viable in midgame/endgame crafting.

There are other uses for this skill. Say, you are one careful synth away from completion, about to cast Byregot, but you have anywhere between 36 and 39 CP left (just enough to have Byregot + a bit more CP, but not enough to buff it with Innovation (or missing a step for Great Strides to last more than one step).

And there you are, with 36 CP left, and you wanna do Byregot, but the ball is "neutral". Pif Paf, observe ! bait the good condition, you might get lucky and hit byregot on it.

Wouldn't that be broken since you can just fish for Good/Excellent condition forever?

And with Comfort Zone, you can essentially have infinite CP.

There is nothing wrong with Observe if you ask me. Generally speaking, "important actions" all take 15CP or more. I'm talking your PbPs your Basic/Precise Touches, Steady Hands, etc. Observe gives a tiny bit of value for that CP gap you have betewen 1 basic touch and another. And it works fine the way it is. It SHOULD cost more than what Comfort Zone gives back. In fact it costs 1.5 steps of comfort zone, CP wise. So you can't just spam it baiting for a good/excellent. It doesn't need any changes. It is balanced very well. In all likelihood, your rotation, whatever that is, can't absorb more than one Observe and that's how it should be.

It costs 14cp, not 12, and while it's quite niche, it does still serve a purpose, as someone above said, usually right at the end of your craft if you have more cp than required, you can fish for a "good" condition. It's fine as it is.
