JP Fan Fest and Cleeng

I would like to view the JP Fan Fest but after the horrible experience with Cleeng in re the NA Fan Fest I am Leary of ordering from them. I would order from NicoNico but my browser does not offer translation for that site therefore I cannot navigate it. So unless someone from SE can assure me that there will be better oversight for the process I must forego the event.

Texa and Lokier thank you for all your help. After setting up an account with NicoNico I was able to complete the purchase. Just awaiting confirmation from them though the charge has hit my account. Again Thank You.

Anyone know the items from the stream will be account wide or just one character? I didn't see if it was written anywhere.

I was at the assumption that it was account bound due to it saying you can only redeem the items to one service account, rather than one character.

However... this wording has me thinking you only get one of the costumes for your entire account, which is a bit shit, really. ¬_'

That's my question too. Usually if items are for the whole account (Account Bound) it normally says so. This one I didn't see, so I was wondering if anyone knew otherwise.
