Call it Support, ensure that new Jobs in the role continue to share the same basic ability to heal parties, then make each unique by way of their playstyle.

- DPS focus? ST? AoE? Melee? Ranged? Mixed?
- Buffs/Metabuffs?
- Debuffs?
- Crowd Control?
- Rotations?

Perhaps then more players will understand the expectation to support the group in ways that go beyond minimum required healing and we can set the stage for a more thematically diverse set of Jobs.
