Did you try chat or phone support? The email should of gave you a ticket number that you could of followed up with on those methods.No I cancelled my sub over a lack of customer service, the fact they weren't providing it for something so minor means that if I had a major problem it would have been a bigger impact, and major problem=more time and manpower to fixes than crediting 300 lore.
Shouldn't matter if it's 1 fucking lore I didn't get, or even if they say they can't help me, the fact is, they didn't even reply at all, and even some forum mod had the nerve to come by and say they replied to the tickets when all I got were automated replies received at the time of sending the tickets.
