When ever I contact support I usually use chat support, but also if it a in game support which sounds like it with the lore you should use in game support and contact a GM although 2 weeks later they probably that you out of luck now.

I have looked into your support history and it seems that we replied to all four inquires. However, since they were placed via email, it is possible that our replies to you got caught in your spam filter.
Be that as it may, I would kindly ask that you file a bug report in our bug report section. Once we have received your full report, we will escalate it to the development team for further review.

The only replies I got to them were automated replies, each one identical, and nothing more. If this is what's considered providing customer service then i'm glad I cancelled my sub.

No I cancelled my sub over a lack of customer service, the fact they weren't providing it for something so minor means that if I had a major problem it would have been a bigger impact, and major problem=more time and manpower to fixes than crediting 300 lore.
Shouldn't matter if it's 1 fucking lore I didn't get, or even if they say they can't help me, the fact is, they didn't even reply at all, and even some forum mod had the nerve to come by and say they replied to the tickets when all I got were automated replies received at the time of sending the tickets.
Did you try chat or phone support? I was perfectly reasonable and completely pleasant until I had all those support tickets completely ignored, any person on the face of the earth would react in the exact same fashion, this includes you. White knight until the end of time but square enix didn't deliver what they are supposed to in this regard, i'm not going to continue paying for something and in future find my requests for technical support as still ignored when the issue I encounter on that occasion prevents me from playing the game. Never in my life have a encounted a company that not only ignored support tickets but even claimed they did not on public forums.
