What exactly did you send tickets about?
Where SE may ignore you, the community might be able to help fix them.

Completed a wonderous tails journal 2 weeks ago and didn't receive the 300 lore for reward.
You need to hand the book into Chloe to get the reward
Honestly I don't think 300 lore is worth sending SE a support ticket and expecting a reply, report it as a bug but beyond that is not worth it.
Although, as you said 2 weeks ago, your book has probably already expired.
Meaning your reward is too.
For next time though, as Lambdafish said, hand the book back to Khloe the moment you finish the 9 trials.
Whether its a bug or user error (not turning the book in or trying to get lore when already capped) there is no excuse for complete failure to respond to a support ticket. The answer may be "too bad your own fault" but there should be a reply. Assuming the ticket was properly submitted - just reporting a bug doesn't generate a reply you need to use the "please help" ticket.

That was the link I used for all my support tickets, but there still isn't a single reply after so long, I think i'm just gonna cancel my sub, waste of time.
