    Am I the only one still gettin kicked from their server

    So I played the game all day yesterday without having an issue after maintenance I turn it on first I had lag. Now its been logging me out over and over asking people on novice and fc and its not happening to anyone else and I dont see a post on the forum either how am I having more issues after the maintenance Wats going on

    I've been having pretty bad lag for the past hour or so and now I'm getting kicked every few minutes. There are a few posts on reddit but not as many as yesterday so I'm guessing it's just a few unlucky people.

    Thats the exact samething thats happening to me I know its not my net cause im on fb on my pc , so I have no clue whts going on

    It has been very bad since 3:30PM EST error 80006 eveery few minutes...finsihed up a few dailies, but cant go into anything that requires me to be there entire fight

    I haven't been kicked off but ever since the update, my controller has had issues where it would randomly become unresponsive. (usually casung my character to contintue moving in a direction as if I had auto run tempoarily enabled) Seems to be an old problem sometimes occurring after a game update.

    I was fine until around 5pm my time. Been playing all day with zero issues, but was running Dzemael on my MCH and started lagging like crazy the last 10 minutes. Freezes and then fast forwards, and then freezes again. Attacks and procs weren't going through. I thought for sure I was gonna get kicked. Did my level 45 quest and lagged during that instance as well. I decided to just take a break, but it wasn't my computer or my internet connection. I made sure my PC wasn't trying to download updates or anything like that (since it likes to do that), but it wasn't.

    Hopefully this won't be a persistent thing.

    Kinda technical here guys... Just going to post my steps!

    Both me and Jen got kicked off yesterday way before the patch (just like everyone else, pretty sure all west coast)...

    After the patch today I had slight lag on startup but after that I have been going great! Jen gets home from work, tries to log in and BLAM! she got a 9k error... Multiple attempts to log in all came with the same error code... Couldn't even log in!

    This right there led me to make an educated guess it is NOT the network. My computer is playing just fine on the same network she is using yet she was unable to login. I logged out of my computer and logged her in and I sat there for 30 minutes waiting... Nothing...

    Go back to her computer and there's that error again... The computer is brand new and yes I know network configuration (like its really complicated nowadays). This led me to believe that it is either the client, or something got left over in her OS (win 10) from all the client crashes.

    Tried to reinstall FF XIV and now shes getting that dreaded patch error! This has never happened before... Trial and error tells me its her computer, not the network and not Squeenix (because she did log on using the same network on a different computer)... Going to try and do a new win 10 install tomorrow to see if that fixes it...

    Just wanted to post this info here in case someone is pulling their hair out trying to figure out why they can't log in.

    And why doesn't the installer or loader have a repair feature as well :P
