Same here Overclocked CPU/GPU, and doing GPGPU + CPU burn 24/7 therefore my room doesn't stay too cold. Also have my PS3 and X360 facing the wall, back at me, so exhaust of my PS3 can keep warm any type of food I put in front (that include pizza while too focusing to play something can take hours before finishing it) and the X360 warm my feets.

Use heat to your advantage

As for OP issue, was already answered earlier but yeah, pretty bad cooling system but also and maybe poor airflow in your case. PSU also plays a major role in airflow. Changing from a crappy to a good PSU can lower the temp inside the case by ~5°C+ easy.

A better cable management can also help to reduce the overall temperature, with little to now cost.
