Hello there, a new formed static with 7/8 players are looking for one more for A11S progression!
We are currently looking for DPS ( Melee, Ninja or Dragoon, or BLM)

For the dps-role it is not given. If you are a machinist, and can pull your weight. We will definitely welcome you. Roles that are open:
Black mage, machinist, ninja, dragoon. Prefer (melee).

There are some few requirements:
Fitting all the requirements are not necessary. I have structured the req. from low-importance to important of
what we expect. Where important is the highest of our demands:
- Attitude, Important:
- Positive and Friendly
- Open for critique and suggestions for improving
- Not afraid of giving suggestions.
- Have fun while you play.

- Game related skill, semi-importance
- Quick learner.
- More focus on learning mechanics than your opening numbers. BUT:
- Pull your weights as damage dealer.
- No losing to tank.
- Manage your support abilities(Ninja shadewalker etc) and (personal survival CDs)

- Things to consider:
- Language, Important.
- We prefer that you can communicate and understand English.
- Previous experience, Low-importance
- Prefer you have A9S and A10S kill
- Melded gear - semi-importance
- At least we expect free spots properly melded.
- Joining the FC is not necessary, but you are welcome if you want to.
- We use discord as our communication-tool.

These demands, may feel strict, but we are pretty casual group, and very friendly.
Remember, we who already are in the static, puts our effort into it. We expect you to do as well.

Hm, I will think about it, though I am looking for a more experienced group, because I have A9s and A10s on farm for quite a while now, but can't get past that A11s last phase, because my static disbanded.
