Grand company Squadron

I would like to know what Square Enix his thinking they must have a drop percent rate of 000.0 on squadron for the gold saucer I've literally completed every single achievements in the challenge logs and I did not get a single recruit and I only have 4 total I don't even have a complete Squadron what the hell Square Enix

And now I have to wait a whole damn week so challenge log will reset what the hell get with the program Final Fantasy XIV

I don't know if you realise this, but you can get squadron members from ANY challenge log. If you're looking for specific people I would suggest first get your full 8 people then start trying to focus on specific people and swap them in as required (when you try to hire them it'll ask you who to dismiss).

There is also a scroll you can buy from your grand company for 2000 seals called "Squadron Enlistment Manual". You can also get it from some of the squadron ventures once you have them up and running. When you use it it increases chance of getting a recruit when you next complete a challenge log. Most of the time I get a recruit the next time I complete a challenge log (after using it), but worst case scenario it's been 3 challenge logs at most.

I don't like crafting I don't like disciple of the land and I only run dungeons with very few select people because everybody I prefer to do the ones from the gold saucer and they also have some of the best ones that's supposed to drop from doing the gold saucer so what the hell

treasure hunting is a waste of time because you cannot solo it

That's why I'm trying to get this Squadron I want because when they release it so I can run dungeons with them I won't me to run with other people and I know that NPCs will do their jobs

And as far as buying that company Squadron enlistment scroll I can't because I'm not a first lieutenant it says insufficient rank
