Heavensward wont download .. tech support no help

I purchased Heavensward tonight, and it will not download. I have had no problem with the initial game downloading, all the patches have downloaded with no problem, and when I try to download the expansion it gets to about 579 MB and I get an error notice, it says cannot download patch files and gives a code [30413][25008][20495]
I contacted tech support via chat and he gave me some stuff about connection issues and to do this or that with ports, technical stuff which I do not at all understand, and he closed the chat before I got a chance to tell him the download starts off just fine, which means its connecting.

I am frustrated beyond belief, I have shut down my whole system, including powering down my modem, then restarted it all and it still will not download.. I spent money on this product and am unable to use it and I am not a happy camper at all right now.

I have tried turning off the modem overnight, I have tried uninstalling the game and now I cant even get it to reinstall at all. I am beyond frustrated and ready to tell them to refund my damn money

I was told by my ISP that the issue which Square Enix told me is preventing my download is not related to my network but rather a routing problem and my only recourse is to keep trying until it is fixd, beyond pissed right now, I got the game to reinstall, to ARR but now it is hanging up on Heavensward.
