The thing is, we'll have no choice after removing accuracy. it will go crit/det or crit/sks and that's all. Having accuracy stuff was "forcing" us to choose our gear carefully. It will be brainless after that :x
Yes and no. Some classes are hurt by too much SkS so there is still a bit of a balancing act going on. Since raiders are the ones truly hit by accuracy, they'll still have a balancing act going on.

Heck, they may cook up a new stat to toss in (though unlikely, them even thinking of tossing out stats leaves the possibility on the table).
