    Why not change it up try out someone new.
    It's not their choice of providers. It's COX cable and COMCASTs choice of providers. ISPs don't own all their connections, they pay 3rd parties to connect to different parts of the world much like the phone companies. If wanna blame SE though, blame them for placing the server in a part of the NA where ISPs decide to be cheapskates and pick the cheapest routing possible.

    It's a DDOS? I wonder what other services people use level3.net for that someone would do that. Like is that part of Canada having a lot of datacenters for other games or something?

    All I can remember back in the early days of 2.0 ARR where level3.net would lag horribly. You could ping to see it just take forever to respond once it got to their hop. I guess I didn't expect they could be under attack of some kind.

    That's just a rough guess that it could be some form of attack like a ddos, The routing makes sense though if there 3rd party providers aren't working right.

    I think its funny people blame the servers for network issues. Piece of crap server! Its like blaming your car for not moving when the road is closed >.>

    I don't believe SE has any choice in the matter as to how we get routed to their datacenter, other than moving the entire datacenter. They can switch ISP's, but if all of the ISP's from that datacenter connect to level3's network to get anywhere else, its not going to do them any good.
