Disconnection/crash 12/12/2016

yep me to was in a dungeon half way through 3 lag spikes and disconnected and cant get back in.

I lost connection a bit after 12:00 Noon EST and it's currently 4 hours later still can't get in. Keep getting connection error and then the game closes.
