Cactuar is dead.
Myself, an FC mate, and a friend of ours all DC'd in the middle of Aquapolis.
Can't get back in. All the 2002 errors.
Looks like it's pointing to Level3 again--although, our friend is in the UK, and I don't think they route through Level3, so not sure what their issue was...but myself I can't get past Level3 in my traceroute without the requests timing out.

I don't know if it has anything to do with the issues right now, but there's a lot of snow and bad weather in Montreal right now, so maybe there are power outages. Again, not sure if this is the cause of the issue at hand.

Lines do tend to freeze. Including the one's the server relies on to communicate with us.

I kinda find it funny how all the lights are green claiming the server's good to go.. but it's really not.

I'm not sure if I'm making progress logging back in lol
But I don't think SE is completely blameless though as a character on my other account is logged in and porting about doing dailies just fine on Hyperion while my other character on another account can't even get past the start screen to log in. I did get to the world full message once then got 6000'd
