Steps:
1. World transfer from Lich to to Ragnarok;
2. Checked Raid Finder (it said that "reward already received" in Alexander Eyes of the Creator (Savage));
3. Few days later sheldured Tuesday maintenance was held;
4. Logged in and checked Raid Finder and it still said "reward already received";
5. Entered Alexander Eyes of the Creator via Party Finder (cant use Raid Finder because of "completition");
6. Successfully completed it and had no reward (Alexandrian Manifesto - Page 1), also got one chest insted of 2 and cant roll anything;
7. Still have no Alexandrian Manifesto - Page 1 or loot this week.
