Yea, tons of stuff. Three cards, 3 different accounts, 2 different companies.
Yea, just trying to think of who to ask. I sent an email to Rakutan because I tried registering with them, which went fine, then I got an error, so maybe they can help me figure out what's going on. I've used all cards online and 1 of them on international orders in foreign currency before so I'm stumped. We do have an AMEX we could use but Nico does not have option for that. Seriously, what do they have against Paypal?

It's so annoying, and at this point I'm kinda worried I'll wake up tomorrow with suddenly 20 payments gone through, despite the error. Thinking about asking a friend to help but it's not an easy decision to make, and what if it gives them the same bs too? Stupid thing is that I don't even mind all this bs as long as I don't have to use Cleeng again, it was THAT BAD. Whole evening gone, don't care as long as I don't end up being forced to do the unthinkable.
Well, if you can't get someone with a working card, and the link I found didn't have any useful advice in it from previous nico-nico streaming BS, then I guess I could always gift you the stream or something. Stupid that it's taking a shit fit at you trying to buy from the website though.
Only thing I can think of is contacting your provider and making sure you have MC secure code attached to your card. I'd also call them just to check the payment did not go through, someone in the old post mentioned the payment had gone through on their bank statement but it wasn't actually giving them the stream code, etc. Don't want that shit happening to you. o.O
Yea, I'm going to call the main bank tomorrow and see if they have any idea what the deal is and go from there. I'm wondering if it's because it's a debit card too, but I've never had an issue with any of them before and they are used extensively, online and offline. I'll let you know if I get any real information tomorrow. I have emailed Rakutan and maybe I'll hear back from then with more info.
Some credit cards throw up flags if you try to purchase something in another currency. It's best to call them up and ask if that's the problem (they'll be able to see any attempted transactions).
So, I called the bank today. They checked the cards, said there's no kind of restriction on international purchases and that I must have just entered my info in wrong. When I told them I'd tried at least 30 times last night and I couldn't have got it wrong all 30 times they just said it's Nico's end. Going to talk to some friends and see if they can help me out.
