    again!? data centers not connect?! im not paying for this!?

    im so tired of every so often the game going off line and us having to resort to using other apps to help us play!, like WTFAST. and having to pay for that app to play cause the data center doesnt wanna work for us!

    i want a refund for the weeks i get stuck not able to play if this happens again!
    cause last time i was stuck offline for 3 weeks and had to pay for that month!

    The problem is with Level3. It's outside of SE's control. There's not much they can do.

    You can't fix it, nor can SE really other than contacting Level3 and saying "hey what's up." All you can do is wait. It sucks, but it's neither on our side, or SE's.

    If you play on PC, you can try to use a VPN to reroute around Level3 and access the game.
    I've seen people suggest using WTFast, but it does cost money. The free trial would last long enough to help you through this connection problem, though.
    Edit: I see you already mentioning WTFast. Ugh...trying to read too many threads at once, I suppose. My bad lol.

    There isn't really anything that you, yourself, can do. Same for SE. Level3 is an independent company from them, so it's up to Level3's technicians to address the problem, or inform ISPs that route through them of the issue so that they can redirect traffic.

    SE won't offer refunds for subscription costs because a major internet backbone is having issues, unfortunately. :/ I think the only reason they would offer any compensation for lost game time would be if they themselves were the issue (I seem to recall reading something about them once having server issue around launch, and they gave everyone free Fantasias or something as a "We're sorry our servers are terrible.").

    It sucks when that happens but it not really SE fault how internet traffic travels. That like going into Best Buy and getting mad at them cause they don't have any NES Classics when it really Nintendo's fault.
