Tried logging back in when I did another traceroute to Cactuar's server, and my trace no longer included any of Level3's IPs. I was a bit worried since I was thrown into a queue at first, but got in, did some actions, and there doesn't seem to be any lag like there was before.
We'll see how long it lasts for.
