I get 14 lines, and after hop 5, its not guaranteed to ping each pass. What you want optimally, is for all hops to have 3 successful responses.

If your Request Timed Out's were around where you see it routing into Level3 (orumco-comm.car2.montreal2.level3.net), then yes. That would point to Level3 being the issue.

If your Request Timed Out's were around where you see it routing into Level3 (orumco-comm.car2.montreal2.level3.net), then yes. That would point to Level3 being the issue.
