I route through their (Level3's) servers in Montreal, and my traceroute shows each request around there timing out. Same for others that have posted in my thread about the issue; one had time outs around Level3's Houston servers. So, their Dallas servers may be fine, but the Montreal ones certainly are not.

Regardless of whether it's an issue with Level 3 (or as SE likes to call it "ISP issues"...across all different ISPs), it only seems to cause problems on FFXIV. So I find that odd.

Jeeze, was finally able to log into the forums. I was having no problems at all then disconnected while farming Hardsilver Sand and now I can't even get to the lobby for either Aether or Primal. Couldn't even log into the forums up until now, it would just time out.

Because it would be curious as to why it would only be an issue with SE's NA servers if others connect through Level3 as well.
