Etc: Am older, based in the US (CST), Started back in MMO's in 2004 in Anarchy Online. Fairly casual, only rarely poke my nose into EX/Savage. Mostly like to run regular content together, talk about game lore, and generally socialize. I have an FC on Louisoix and from 1900 to 2100 game time on the EU servers I am there. Later on I move about, mostly US servers, looking for things to do.

What kind of gamer are you: Casual to midcore. I used to like doing Extremes and trying Savage, but without friends it's become too intimidating. I play primarily black mage and white mage and I feel I'm pretty trash at both (I try my best...) so that doesn't help.

Main class?: Black mage is my main, white mage close behind.

Dislikes: Cockiness, toxicity, one-uppers, ragers, raw onions, anime.

Goals for the game: I just want to make some friends to enjoy the game with. I'm in a dead FC that I data center hopped into back in May, leaving the FC I had helped build and tried to salvage for a year before it imploded on me, and the small group I had been with in June/July have since split up (a few no longer play, one doesn't include me in anything anymore). I'm just looking for a friend, or group of friends, to hang out with, chat with, do stuff in game with because it's lonely paying a sub to stand at the retainer bell and craft.

What kind of friendship are you looking for?: Platonic friendship - I can't stress this enough. This isn't a "tee-hee maybe we'll see what happens." We aren't. Friendship only, nothing else. Beyond that - someone or a group of someones to hang out with, chat, do stuff with, etc. Same as the "Goals for the game" section, really.

Things you would like to do with the new friend(s)?: Really anything. I like doing most content as long as it's with people I enjoy being around. I have all the mounts with the exception of Titania and Innocence ones, and any from previous Savages and I'm missing one dog mount. I have all my crafters leveled to 80 and geared, and I'm working on getting Botanist to 80 (I'm ignoring fishing.. don't hate). So really - I'm up for anything!


Additional note: I am "older" (34) and geeeenerally feel like I get along best with people close to my age. Not discouraging younger friends, though I'd say mid-20s is probably better for all of us concerned.

Might consider making an alt on a European server, those times correspond with peak activity there! I live in the US and play mostly EU (early work schedule) and pings are about 130ms which is fine for the game.
