Hello everyone.

Today I come with a plea. A friend and I are looking to Transfer Servers, however we're not sure which on to go with.

So, my plea is this, Can you, the lovely players of the Chaos Data Centre, advertise the server you play on.

Entice us to join your server, please.

For a bit of background, I am a very casual Raider, and my friend is not, however we both enjoy very light RP on the odd occasion as well. (We've been known to break out into RP randomly. XD)

We are what you'd call a "package deal" so where one goes, so does the other.

No adverts for Odin or Ragnarok. Nothing against you guys, we just have personal reasons for staying away from those servers.

Phoenix is tbh the only real choice then if you don't consider ragna and odin unless you want to go to the unofficial german/french server. There might be zodiark and lich but both are pretty dead (played for 2years on lich and it gets worse and worse).

Dead server? There are character creation restriction sometimes in those servers. If by dead you mean a bit more than half of the population of Balmung then yes they are dead.

Depends for lich I can surely say its pretty much open all the time and the high population u make it out to be is mostly bots. I wouldnt recommend a server like lich at all most of the time 1-4 pfs, not much raiding and empty places everywhere there is a time when I log in and in limsa were only 2 more ppl.

According to unofficial census Cerberus is the most active. I also know someone who transferred from there to Zodiark and he said the same, that Cerberus is really active. And as far as I know Shiva is unofficial german, Moogle unofficial french, Cerberus was english.

I've never had an issue with French people on Moogle.

I'm on Cerberus (picked it after lots of research) and I'm really liking it here. Lots of people around and they're friendly too. Plenty of FC recruiting new members. As for RP, I don't think you'll find many of them on any EU server (many EU RP are on Balmung).

Odin is the raiding and social hub like Ragnarok but with much more people :3

I've seen some RP on Cerberus. If I'm not mistaken there at least were some RP guilds here too. Regular events and everything. But they kept a fairly low profile. RP won't come to you, you have to go look for it. No idea about current status, though.

I think Cerb is a fairly nice place to be.
