    Do squadron recruits ever move on to jobs?

    I'd heard that after level 45 or so the new recruits start showing up with jobs instead of classes, but I haven't seen it yet. Can anyone give me some more information on this? So far Google has failed spectacularly.

    Give it time I mean retainers where jobs only for a while till they got a update so Squads might do as well.
