Hello, everyone! I'm doing the Ixal quests (last rep stage now), and I have to ask: are the last few tiers supposed to take a metric crapton of tries to finally HQ? My crafters are all about level 30, and this is ridiculous. I don't know how you could ever succeed at the minimum level of 16. Are they even possible at that level?

Am I must going in with too high of expectations? Are they designed to be this difficult? The HQ for the level 30 class quests have nothing on this. Most of those, I one-shot just fine. But, these are proving another animal entirely.

I was 50 when I did all these and still had some times if memory serves. Its been awhile.

If you have the proper skills equipped it should make it easier, look for some early crafting rotation guides. They would likely be a better source than anything.

On the bright side, once you get to 50 the mog quests are straight forward and have none of the intentionally silly stick in the proverbial spokes that make the Ixal so difficult.

One thing to look out for: the ixal quests all typically give you a crafting debuff when you do the step to access the crafting tables. So be careful not to stack multiple debuffs on top of each other. And the higher level quests usually have harsher debuffs then the lower ones. I remember some 1/2 CP or no cross-class debuffs i had to work through. With that said, i cheated a bit on the bird quests. My GSM was level 50 long before i unlocked the bird quests, so i made everything using that class, then did my turn-ins on the classes i was leveling up.
