There are actually 3 dialogues when you meet Estinien in the MSQ:
- Haven't unlocked DRG: Estinien doesn't recognize you.
- Unlocked DRG but haven't sone the level 50 quest: Estinien recognizes you but says nothing else.
- Cleared DRG level 50 quest: Estinien calls you an Azure Dragoon.
