I know that Yugiri will mention your Ninja skills around the battle to capture The Ivy, although I don't know what the requirements are (I did that fight as a Ninja). Also, if you go to most Guilds and ask the What is an X? question after you finish the level 30 class quest you'll get a different response than you would have earlier.
