Actually, I did that part not too long ago and she compliments your skills as a possible addition to her Shinobi no matter your class (I was a White Mage).

If you haven't unlocked NIN (not ROG) by the time of the quest she'd comment about your potential in ninjutsu and encourage you to try learning it. I've leveled ROG and unlock NIN before going in for that quest but did the quest as SMN to check the difference. Sure did, she noticed my character's movement as proof I've studied ninjutsus and was happy that I studied her homeland's art.

If you've leveled WHM to at least 50 (mine was 52 iirc) when you do HW quest "Lost in the Lifestream", Raya-O and A-Ruhn will recognize you as a fellow White Mage. Likewise, when you unlock Amdapor City dungeon both NM & HM they determine that as someone's been entrusted with the soul crystal of A-Towa-Cant you are qualified and obligated to check the unrest within the old city.

Alternative dialogue doesn't care about what class you're ON, it cares about what classes you have available, GC ranks obtained, sidequests done, etc. Technically you are still a ninja when playing a white mage... you just have drastically inappropriate equipment for the job.

I'd like a collection of these too, I'm very sad that I didn't have drg at 50 during that cutscene where Ser Aymeric presents Estinien to you. I heard about your character having a startled reaction, but Estinien assures you that he comes as an ally instead of a foe as he'd suppressed the power of the eye, or something along those lines.

During the quest "Lost in the Lifestream", if you have Summoner unlocked, when you speak to Tataru she says this:

If memory serves, Y'shtola's sister is named Y'mhitra.
...Oh, you know her, do you? Well then, that ought to make things easier!

Though I don't remember if Y'mhitra herself shows any indication she recognizes you when you go talk to her (I don't have screenies of it, at any rate).

"One More Night in Amdapor", the quest to unlock the hardmode version of Lost City of Amdapor, when you talk to Raya-O-Senna, if you did the lv50 White Mage job quest:

Ah, Master A-Towa's successor is come! To no other would I entrust this task!

Much earlier in the MSQ, when Tataru disappeared to study arcanima, if you have Arcanist at 30(?):

...So you are acquainted with our newest member. <sigh> An arcanist of your experience must see that her potential is somewhat lacking.

During your pilgrimage after the Dragonsong war is over, when you go to Ul'dah and find servants searching for Nanamo, if you're a Lalafell they comment that they're looking for "someone your height".

Similarly if you're a Lalafell during a certain part of the HW Hildibrand quests:

Severin recognizes you as his able assistant when he shows up in this years Christmas event. Not sure how far you need to have gone in the Alchemist story though (I've done the level 50 quest)

A side-quest in Forgotten Springs called "The Eyes Have It" has you driving peeping toms away from some female Miqo'te bathers. Once you return to the quest-giver, she gives you a once-over and says...

Ah, marvelous! Not an ogler in sight! You have my gratitude, adventurer. Though...having a good look at you...I suppose I wouldn't mind if you stole a peek now and then.

and adds, if you're female yourself...

Bet you didn't think my tastes ran that way, hmmm?

Well, I've only unlocked ALC and never actually levelled it or done any further quests and Severin was downright dismissive of me, stating I was "unfamiliar" to him, so I am going to assume you need at least the level 50 ALC quest complete for him to recognize you in that scene.

Speaking of the current Christmas event, someone mentioned it in another thread but another possible alternate dialogue occurs if you do the event with a character that was originally created in version 1.0 (apparently regardless if you had the 'Legacy' story or not) -

when the 'ward registrar' is identified as Damielliot he reveals that he was a sick child hospitalized in that same ward before the Calamity, only to be helped by a mysterious man/woman (determined by your character's gender) whose face he can no longer remember, and that the player seems "familiar" to him, as if "that same person returned to help him again" (paraphrased.). This is a reference to the 1.0 Ul'dah main scenario quest 'Calamity Cometh' where he appeared in (ironically in an Echo scene from my understanding), where the player indeed helped him.

My 1.0 character had this dialogue in the Christmas event so I assume this is not the same for new characters (it wouldn't make sense in any event), although ironically, my 1.0 character actually never actually met him in 1.0, given his quest was (from my understanding) an Ul'dah main scenario quest (I started in Gridania in 1.0 like I did in ARR as well), and so I never encountered him.

So that shows that the requirements for this scene is simply having a 1.0 character and is not determined by other parameters like having Legacy status, gaining the Legacy storyline or originally starting 1.0 in Ul'dah. Clarification from a new player (or rather, a player who did the event with a character created in ARR) about whether the dialogue was different in that scene or not would be most welcome though.

My characters were all created in ARR.

In the scene Damielliot says something like as a sick child he was saved by the kindness of those around him and doesn't say anything about not being able to remember their faces or you reminding him of them.
