Probably not an original idea. But would be interesting to see happen. Capture the flag, siege, etc.

Mounted PvP doesn't sound like a bad idea at all. Flying or no flying?
Eh idk the PVP in this game is already kinda bad compared to other games with a more pvp oriented focus. Branching off to vehicles and such initially sounds cool but it would end up worse than the current PVP as is most likely. Better to just play games like battlefield if you want death matches in vehicles they would do it way better than FF ever could. Maybe if they actually had a whole team devoted only to the pvp aspect of the game it would have worked.
There was a mount-themed dungeon in World of Warcraft called Occulus. It was such a big failure that they nerfed it twice and buffed rewards several times so people stop instaquiting when they got it in their roulette.
If you've ever driven a gobwalker in A2S, you'd know how clumsy controls are when you need to do important mechanics. That wouldn't make fun pvp gameplay, despite that I like magitek riding sequence in Praetorium.
If they keep adding new rewards or at least things to buy with wolf marks then go ahead and add new modes. But if they don't then the old pvp modes are going to keep getting fucked over and left behind with no one playing them.
lets fix what we have first, and make old maps great again! Aerial PvP in Aion was cool though, but it wouldn't work in this game unfortunately.
I want to pvp with the class I chose to play. So no thanks to vehicle warfare.
remove gc's, update all pvp maps to current ilvl syncs.
