Is there a benefit to have retainers of each DoL?

I have 4 retainers with Disciplines of War classes and I've been considering changing 3 of them to the Disciplines of Land jobs. At the moment, each of them have reached lvl 60, so I'm not sure if I want to reset those three back to zero. Is it a good idea to change them to DoL or just keep them as they are?

Retainers with gathering classes can be sent to retrieve items collected by the associated classes. So having a fisher, botanist, and miner retainer would allow you to exchange ventures and time for a wider variety of items than you can now. Some items may be exclusive to specific gathering retainer ventures, too (some minions, maybe). Whether this is worth resetting their classes, though, is up to you. I planned to have one of each of the gathering classes from the onset, so it's not an issue for me personally.

One thing to keep in mind before you make any changes. Your retainers can only level up to your current level in the class. So, for instance, setting a fishing retainer and not leveling fishing yourself means you never get a shot at the high level fishies because theyll cap when they catch up to you.

I like sending them on ventures to gather stuff that I'm too lazy to farm, like crystals or certain mats.
