Alexander Loot - Please explain

Today I've rolled 89 and 62 on the bolt. Two other player have had 92 and 84.
Of course 92 won a bolt, but, the other player with 84 won it too.
How is that possible?

There were two bolts, if you had two rolls. O.O

No problem, it can be really frustrating sometimes, i think everyone discoverd that so far, but the system has always been like that. :/

Even more frustrating if the floor tanking person gets the loot, for which you went in the 10th time or something. x'D

You know what? It took me less trys to get the Time-Lost Proto-Drake and Poseidus from another game than a specific Chest piece from a Raid in FF.

Yes, but I've had the second highest number. One can still loose with the second highest number against a lower number if there are two of the same Items?

Because your rolls are not for "all the bolts" but for that one specific bolt.

1st one: 92 is higher than 89
2nd one: 84 is higher than 62

Bad luck for you, but the system is not broken at all.

To be honest. I don't like the rng in this game at all. It's the most frustrating system of all games that I've played so far.

Well, that goes for the Alex normal runs, but i have to say that if it comes to me, i am fine the way it is. The runs are so easy and can be done in a few minutes each without a lot of skill, so they need to limit the speed of gearing up artificially, by giving away limited loot.

Sure, i see the fact of it being frustrating. It took me literally 12 tries to get a bolt from A9 for my 2nd or 3rd class... and i was very close to just giving up, but i still think it is fine for the moment. Just look forward to the weekly limitation being removed with the next patch or maybe the one after.
