Personal Housing demo for active player.

This morning I got an email from SE, 3 day notice of my demolition of my personal house. My character is active with a 6 month subscription paid in advance. I haven\\'t been inactive for 45 days.

This morning I checked the timers tab in game and I saw the demo message. According to the email if you log in the timer will reset, it didn\\'t. I\\'ve tried logging out and in to see if it resets, removed my tenant but still the message is there. I\\'ve sent in a ticket to support.

Has this happened to anyone else?

You have to walk INTO the house to stop/reset the timer. Logging in to the game isn't enough.

They probably did it like this to make sure that people are actually using the houses.

use something inside the house, anything, food, retainer bell, a vendor etc etc

I did, used the bell and rearranged some furniture.

Well this is terrifying lol, no matter what they coming for your houses! Keep us updated and hopefully it works out for you

If your having the Demo issue. Enter your home bring up the timers and take a screenshot then email it too customer support with instructions to check the date of the image in the properties section. Not sure how much this will help but it will show them that you entered the house and the timer did not reset. If anyone get a screen shot with the properties section open showing the date along with the image, then post said image too the bug section for SE too see.

Update: Last night got a canned response from GM call referring me to the forums for support. I immediately sent in another angrier one, few minutes later I got a reply that I may be experiencing a bug.. referring me to the forum once again. I never got to talk to a GM.

This morning I logged in and the demolition message was still there. I kicked all the tenants, removed and replaced all the furniture, changed light settings, left my friends' homes.

The message is now gone. I'm not sure what did it but it definitely was one of those things. I don't think GMs did anything. I did take screenshots just in case.

This is terrible news and a bug that needs to get squashed asap. I would be devastated as I'm sure any of us would. I wonder if it's only the half dozen cases mentioned or if it's wider spread.
