i dont think its correct to assume we will have high proc rates on some of those enfeebles sir.
its better to cast the enfeeble itself so as to assume that it should land rather than using another skill with the hopes that it just might proc.

For me, the worst part of this thing is how SE came up with all of these new ability lists and didn't even bother to play test them. How they can even propose a list like this without first testing it to make sure it is fun and balanced is beyond me. Way to go SE... way to go.
