You can't actually put a period there. "People similar to yourself" is not a complete sentence. You would actually put a dash there. "You hear other people--people similar to yourself.""Wrong once again. You hear other people, people similar to yourself."
It would be people; people similar to yourself.
You can use a brief pause as opposed to a complete stop. You can use a period as well.
If you're going to berate me on my grammar, at least do it properly.
This is why I berate you on your grammar. That is, it's hilarious to watch you fail.
