i dont think its correct to assume we will have high proc rates on some of those enfeebles sir.
its better to cast the enfeeble itself so as to assume that it should land rather than using another skill with the hopes that it just might proc.

I did not assume anything about proc rates. Do you see that anywhere on my post? The mere presence of debuffs in a verified document makes this thread useless.
