lost 22m after doing a world trasnfer

i did a world transfer yesterday and when it was all done i logged in and i lost 22m and was left with 1m i knw i had 22m because i reclaimed it before i trasnfered, the caretaker gave me it for losing my house and i had to collect it anyway before i could do the world transfer can i please get some help.

Moogle letters
Gil (1 million gil per character, 100 thousand gil per retainer)

You should read all of the conditions of your transfer before you just hop right into it and say sayonara. The way around that is to buy items on your marketboard that can be sold again on your new server. You're not gonna get the gil back, SE will tell you as well that it was stated in their transfer service disclaimer that you can only carry so much.

Sorry to say but you caused this yourself, you need to read the terms for transfer server. Like Shirai already said, you may only transfer 1M on your, 100k per retainer. Rest you should just purchased valueble items to re-sell on new server.

Yup you only get to keep small amount of gil when transferring, sorry but you won't get the gil back.
