Minion Tactics! [an idea for a new Mini game or GS game]

Ok so basically I adore the FF Tactics series big time. I know we have a minion based mini-game in the GC already but Vermininion doesn't seem that popular. Now I would never want to remove it ever but having an additional game would be awesome!

The basics is it would run exactly like tactics but use the minions. I think it would be really cool.

Please please can we have a FF tactics based mini-game?

It seems pretty interesting, and I'd play it, but I somewhat doubt that would happen. Stats wouldn't be a problem since they already have the ones from Lord of Verminion, but the main problem would be movesets. You can sort of use Verminion as a basis for that, but that's only one skill - you'd probably need more.

Or we could have everyone be like the Dragoon in the original Tactics but the jobs that jobs learned skills that modified the one were always kinda lame to me.

I would have it based on Vermilion and keep the resistance and weakness used there, all you would need is to have maybe two or 3 attack options as well as the grid based movement and it could be really simple. I am thinking the old school pixel grid landscape (for nostalgia sake) and then the minions, so almost like they are playing on a board set or generated map. That way there is minimal effort in animations for the minions and the backgrounds and settings can be varied and nostalgic as hell... caters to fans and newbies alike I would think. I mean who doesn't love charming retro pixel based graphics thrown in now and then for aesthetic effect?

This is an amazing idea! They could throw this into the Lord of Verminion square. Maybe call it "Verminion Tactics"
