Embarrassing Excerpts typo

When obtaining the quest Embarrassing Excerpts, Lonsygg says the following:

Lonsygg: Some of the pages have been completely ripped from the binding! And opoopos don't even live in that part of the wood. Everyone knows they live over near the MunTuy Cellars. What in the hells were they doing there!?

"MunTuy" should be "Mun-Tuy"

Also - on the return he says:

Lonsygg: The pages from my journal! You've found all of them! What...? You had to kill the opoopos!? Why, you heartless─

"opoopos" should be "Opo-opos", or perhaps "opo-opos"

I think people keep thinking that the 200 people all work on one thing. When really one team working on 2.0 and there more teams like one for events, one for localization one for dungeon making one for fix issue and so on.

Fernehalwes and Eemeefu are in charge of dashes, which is why I have directed this post to their attention in this forum. One is in charge of em dashes and one of en dashes (see this link for the difference) - so not sure who will take care of this issue (maybe both since two dashes are needed). God forbid we need a hyphen added. If I am not mistaken their official title is "Associate Vice President of (en/em) Dashes".

I try really hard to put myself in others' shoes... but it takes some powerful ineptitude to think the FFXIV development office is just a rotating door of Whatever we need you doing today.

It is I, Fernehalwes of the Golden Em Dash...or was that En Dash... Oh, well. No matter...

Gahoo, your bug has the LOC team perplexed. According to the latest data in our files, the hyphens in both Mun-Tuy and opo-opo should be appearing properly. We even had our QA team replay the quest (and another containing hyphenated words, just in case) and they found nothing.

However, this could be a case of one of our text macros not functioning properly. To ensure that hyphenated proper nouns (such as Mun-Tuy or O-App-Pesi) are not split in half at line breaks, we often employ a special macro that overrides the auto line break feature that is programmed into the log window code. So instead of getting:

Some of the pages have been completely ripped from the binding! And opo-
opos don't even live in that part of the wood.

We get:

Some of the pages have been completely ripped from the binding! And
opo-opos don't even live in that part of the wood.

But if you are seeing "opoopo" and "MunTuy" in your log, it could mean there is a glitch in the Matrix.

I know that you might not remember, but do you recall if you were you using the in-game default font or your system font? Any other information about your game and/or log settings would also help.

Hmmm. Well I don't change anything or run anything so it should be all default settings. I just do the quest and copy the text from the chat log verbatim. I can confirm it is tied to hyphenated proper nouns, now noticing that in other places KanESenna and TotoRak were what was copied.

I will pay special attention next quest to what shows in log vs. what shows on copying log. Maybe this is user error of sorts (although log should probably copy accurately). I should be able to trigger Say it with Wolf Tails now - and that will probably reference Mun-Tuy in log.
