Thanks, so I shouldn't play the game because the game arbitrarily told me I can't? I log on in off peak times on my server due to temporary life circumstances. I used to be an avid raider so this kind of content is one that I not only have the interest to do, but also the ability. The dev team have actively been removing gating from the game and making all kinds of content accessible (including raiding), which is why this is such a kick in the teeth.

As I said before, there are measures that can be taken to both keep the challenge and allow it to be more accessible. Which I feel is much better feedback than "don't play the game you have invested years into"

No one is telling you NOT to play the game - floors 101-200 are a minor part of the game as whole, you can get basically everything without ever seeing them - no story, rewards can be bought on the market board, weapon can be achieved due to running 1-100...

To everyone whos saying it doesnt matter if it goes DF because you still can run with a premade: it DOES matter, because the devs have to design the content a certain way and if they assume/can assume a premade, balanced party, they can make different choices design-wise. If it goes into DF and people arent able to clear it and get their progress ruined by randoms, what do you think is going to happen? Right, massive outburst on the forums, asking for nerfs, claiming its to difficult, complaining about how they didnt got a tank/healer/dps in their party... depending on how the content is played, different choices can be made.
In this case: content requires a premade group, ergo it can be harder.

If you want/have to play this game solo - do it, by all means, theres tones of stuff to do that doesnt require friends/a static/a premade group. I have yet to see 101-200 myself because some friends didnt had time yet - but I actually enjoy playing with them, so maybe thats why I dont mind...

To each his/her own I believe however that if they put it up for voting the majority would vote to remove the "gate"

I would not mind having to start at 101 after a wipe as long as I can get into the damn thing. I don't even want to start at beginning of 10 floors currently in. I will go back to 101 just give me the opportunity to get into the higher content.
