Open up a PF and look for players that are able to join to your specific time. I understand your wish to see the higher floors but i can garantie you that you will never see them with a standard random PotD party and that what you want the most can be obtained from the floors 151+, what makes it even harder to get it with random groups.

So don't be shy, put up a PF (even if it is for a few days) and gather 3 people for that who are able to communicate and play the classes that you need.
